The MN DNR has completed its 2011 spring turkey lottery and mailed confirmation postcards to 27,320 lottery winners this week. On Wednesday, March 16, at 12 p.m. the remaining surplus licenses and the G and H permits will go on sale for anyone who does not already have a license, even if they did not apply for the 2011 spring turkey lottery.
